County of Kaua’i – Lane Closures on ‘akuli Street and Hanamāʻulu Road Near King Kaumualiʻi Elementary School Scheduled From July 5 to July 15

–Lane closures on ‘Akuli Street and Hanamāʻulu Road near King Kaumualiʻi Elementary School scheduled from July 5 to July 15–

HANAMĀʻULU – The Department of Public Works and Goodfellow Bros. LLC., are announcing that sections of ‘Akuli Street and Hanamāʻulu Road will be under short lane closures from July 5 to July 15, on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

These closures are necessary for improvements to pedestrian access to the school, including new striping, signage, and landscaping. 

Expect brief occasional delays. As a reminder, the speed limit is 15 mph near King Kaumualiʻi Elementary school while school is in session.
