Hanapēpē refuse transfer station trash chute closed Feb. 23 and 24
HANAPĒPĒ – The Department of Public Works Solid Waste Division announces that the trash chute at the Hanapēpē refuse transfer station will be unavailable on Feb. 23 and Feb. 24 for scheduled repairs, weather permitting.
Refuse carts will be staged at the transfer station and accept bagged trash only.
Weather permitting, all other services, including green waste and metal recycling, are scheduled to be available at the Hanapēpē Refuse Transfer Station on the dates above.
