KAUA‘I COUNTY COUNCIL SELECTS ROSS KAGAWA TO FILL VACANT COUNCIL SEAT
Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i – In a Special Council Meeting held at 11:30 a.m. today, February 22, 2023, in Council Chambers, the Kaua‘i County Council voted 5-1 to select Ross Kagawa to fill the vacant Council seat created by the resignation of Luke Evslin.
