Omao ranked 68th in Hawaii for resident earnings in 2018

Omao ranked 68th among cities in Hawaii by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Omao residents was $32,969 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 465 households with a population of 1,445.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Olowalu with $61,250 per year after adjusting for inflation – $28,281 more than Omao. It had 57 households with a population of 93.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Hawaiian Ocean View with $10,321 per year after adjusting for inflation – $22,648 less than Omao. It had 1,639 households with a population of 4,891.
