Kauai: Kuhio Highway Short Term Improvements #hitraffic update: Due to asphalt supply issues there will be no daytime closure of the northbound lanes of Kuhio Highway between Kuamoo Road and Haleilio Road on Oct. 25 & 26.
A new release with dates for the traffic control phases will be sent when the supply issue is resolved.
