Nov. 10, controlled agriculture burn notice: According to the Kaua'i Fire Department Fire Prevention Bureau, a controlled agriculture burn will be conducted by a local farming company near the Kaumakani makai area on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 7 a.m. to noon, weather permitting.
Additionally, a fire protection setup with water tenders and spotters provided by the farm is in place to monitor this permitted activity. Mahalo.
