Every year, World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims is commemorated on the third Sunday of November. On this day, we remember all people killed and seriously injured on roads around the world and pay tribute to the dedicated emergency crews, police, and medical professionals who deal with the traumatic aftermath of road crashes. Through November 25th, the County of Kaua‘i’s Mo‘ikeha Building will be illuminated orange in honor of World Day of Remembrance and we encourage all to learn more about this effort by visiting worlddayofremembrance.org.
